Last weekend I went back to kl.. To send my sister n brother home after they spent almost a week wrecking my home.. Ngeeee.. Surprisingly they didn't quarrel at all at my house.. They even make pancakes together.. Huhuu.. They are well known for their cat n dogs fighting skillZz .. Heee.. But when they were around, I admit that they got on my nerve sometimes.. Like when I'm on pm shift, I reached home around 11 pm n realized the condition of my house was not favourable.. I didn't say anything but just went to bath n slept.....

I've been waiting for today.. Since a longggg time.. Haha.. I sent my baby to the babysitter today.. Went back to change for my first date together without baby Ammar.. Huhuuu.. shift in surgery~~

now that we are trying to implement the new shift system, i feel that there are a few pros and cons to it.. the shift system are divided to am shift (7am-6pm), pm shift(11am-11pm), and night shift(10pm-10am) before this, there were around 12 ho's in the ward, from at least 6 am to 11pm..y? because there's tds rounds(3x) per day,. by mo and specialist, 2 by mo n specialist from the same ward and the other by the oncalls. after 11pm, there will only be left with oncall ho's to cover active male, female, ot and peads. since shift system, there are only...
