Breastfeeding and breastpump

Today nak cite About breastpump.
Masa my first baby i guna manual avent pump..only managed to provide milk until his 6th month..kali ini..beli juge medela maxi swing.. Hopefully dgn double pumping akan memperbanyakkan susu and stok..
But the reality is..its not the pump but the effort..masa confinement saya telah berusaha mengepam almost every 2 hourly..walaupun kadang2 dpt sedikit..i still do it..by the timw my medela arrives..ive already has at least 13 litres of supply..
So masa medela sampai..excited sangat nak pakai..but..the product was not as good as my manual avent..so i concluded that my breast xberapa nak sesuai ngan medela..but occassionally i still use it..
Cume kalau travelling atau kena oncall..i bring along my avent..
And also i find that tandem pumping is also useful..hahaaa..

Grilled lamb

Yesterday..hubby nak makan kambing..xsabar agaknya tunggu kenduri aqiqah alya..yg dah tempah 4 ekor kambing tuh..huhuu..nway..xkisahla..

Beli lamb shoulder kt jj..marinated it with jintan manis..chilli powder..salt and some olive oil..for 4 hours or so..then i cut some potatoes and.put them together atas talam..
Pre heated the oven at 180celcius and cooked for around 20mins..then balikkan and sambung another 5 mins.. And done!!!

Tired-and-missing-you tiramisu..haaahaa

So im closer to the end of my confinement.. Im not eating properly anymore... My confinement lady and mother in law are busy with their lifes..heheee..
So this is what i did..made my self a tiramisu..a very simple one and had fun eating it..finished it in 2 days..almost on my own..

Ingrediants:
Pandan sponge cake
Cream cheese
Whipping cream
Castor sugar
Nescafe
Cocoa powder

Its a simple recipe adapted from the net..just layer the sponge cake previously dipped in the nescafr...followed by layer of cheese cream previously whipped with castor sugar and whipping cream.. And a layer of cocoa..and follow the same step until desired level of layering..hahaaaa..

Yummmmmyyyyy...
Make sure dont dip too much nescafe to the sponge cake or it will turn soggy...hehe..
