Grilled lamb

Yesterday..hubby nak makan kambing..xsabar agaknya tunggu kenduri aqiqah alya..yg dah tempah 4 ekor kambing tuh..huhuu..nway..xkisahla.. Beli lamb shoulder kt jj..marinated it with jintan manis..chilli powder..salt and some olive oil..for 4 hours or so..then i cut some potatoes and.put them together atas talam.. Pre heated the oven at 180celcius and cooked for around 20mins..then balikkan and sambung another 5 mins.. And done!!! Yummmyyuu..jom mak...

Tired-and-missing-you tiramisu..haaahaa

So im closer to the end of my confinement.. Im not eating properly anymore... My confinement lady and mother in law are busy with their lifes..heheee.. So this is what i did..made my self a tiramisu..a very simple one and had fun eating it..finished it in 2 days..almost on my own..
