Breastfeeding and breastpump

Today nak cite About breastpump.
Masa my first baby i guna manual avent pump..only managed to provide milk until his 6th month..kali ini..beli juge medela maxi swing.. Hopefully dgn double pumping akan memperbanyakkan susu and stok..
But the reality is..its not the pump but the effort..masa confinement saya telah berusaha mengepam almost every 2 hourly..walaupun kadang2 dpt sedikit..i still do it..by the timw my medela arrives..ive already has at least 13 litres of supply..
So masa medela sampai..excited sangat nak pakai..but..the product was not as good as my manual avent..so i concluded that my breast xberapa nak sesuai ngan medela..but occassionally i still use it..
Cume kalau travelling atau kena oncall..i bring along my avent..
And also i find that tandem pumping is also useful..hahaaa..

Grilled lamb

Yesterday..hubby nak makan kambing..xsabar agaknya tunggu kenduri aqiqah alya..yg dah tempah 4 ekor kambing tuh..huhuu..nway..xkisahla..

Beli lamb shoulder kt jj..marinated it with jintan manis..chilli powder..salt and some olive oil..for 4 hours or so..then i cut some potatoes and.put them together atas talam..
Pre heated the oven at 180celcius and cooked for around 20mins..then balikkan and sambung another 5 mins.. And done!!!

Tired-and-missing-you tiramisu..haaahaa

So im closer to the end of my confinement.. Im not eating properly anymore... My confinement lady and mother in law are busy with their lifes..heheee..
So this is what i did..made my self a tiramisu..a very simple one and had fun eating it..finished it in 2 days..almost on my own..

Ingrediants:
Pandan sponge cake
Cream cheese
Whipping cream
Castor sugar
Nescafe
Cocoa powder

Its a simple recipe adapted from the net..just layer the sponge cake previously dipped in the nescafr...followed by layer of cheese cream previously whipped with castor sugar and whipping cream.. And a layer of cocoa..and follow the same step until desired level of layering..hahaaaa..

Yummmmmyyyyy...
Make sure dont dip too much nescafe to the sponge cake or it will turn soggy...hehe..

last monday,.g dating ngan mr hubby dkt aeon bandaraya melaka..heheee...dah lama xtgk wayang..ammar g nursery..so we decided to watch a malay movie..chewahhh..actually i yang decide.. hubby nak tgk action movie..
tgh mengandung nih ada jiwang2 skit jiwa ni..huhuuu..
tengok nye tengok boleh termenangis plok ..
ada lak couple pakcik makcik depan kitorg tuh loving2..aku yg malu nengok nye..bgtau kat hubby..dia tersengih je..hehheee..
semoga kami bahagia seperti mereka sampai ke tua..
nway,.. hubby aku xsuke loving2 dalam wayang..dia kata..kite kan dah bayar nak tgk wayang..ishhh.. pegang lebey2 pun dia dah rimas.. ceitttttttt... poraaaaceeeet..

nway,..mmg cite dia slow skit..rasanye kalau baca novel lagi byk adegan n cite pasal suria kot.. ni ada beberapa scene je yg menjeleskan...
yg lain tuh sedih sbb adiputra buat bodoh n keras hati ngan si nora nih,., aku dah nangis2 dah..biasalah..sentimen masa mengandung nih... hubby siap srh jgn nangis..baju dah basah...tipunyeeee..
but what a lovely day..jarang dpt berdua je..so it was a splendid day for me!! yeayyyyyyy...

pavlova


Bahan-bahan ( 2 adunan kecil )

  • 4 biji putih telor ayam
  • 3/4 cawan gula castor
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1/2 sudu teh cuka makan
  • 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
  • bahan-bahan topping :
  • Secawan @ 250 ml whipping cream
  • (saya gune whipping cream beli kat kedai tuh)

Cara-cara

  1. Sebelum menyiapkan adunan, sila panaskan oven terlebih dahulu dgn kadar kepanasan 140 darjah celsius.. guna api bawah
  2. Pastu bila nak start masak baru turunkan suhu antara 120 -100 darjah celsius.. saya guna suhu 110 darjah celsius
  3. Mula2, asingkan dulu putih telor dgn kuning telor.. kita ambik yg putih telor aje
  4. Kemudian, putar putih telor pada kelajuan tinggi terus dan pukul sampai putih telor tu gebu (nak tau dia soft peaks ke tak, bila korang telangkupkan mangkuk tu, putih telor tu takkan jatuh)
  5. Langkah seterusnya, dgn kelajuan tinggi jugak, kita masukkan gula kastor sedikit demi sedikit.. Jgn berhenti putar tau.. sambil masukkan gula sambil putar
  6. Putar sampai kental.. dlm keadaan mixer masih berputar, masukkan 1 sudu besar tepung jagung td ke dalam adunan tersebut.. putar lg 3 minit.. Hasil adunan atau pun lebih di kenali dgn " meringue"
  7. Dengan menggunakan spatula masukkan cuka dan esen vanila td
  8. Pastu kaup balikkan meringue tersebut sampai adunan sebati.. kaup balik dgn perlahan saje.. kalau boleh pusingan spatula tu satu arah je.
  9. Seterusnya.. sediakan dulang pembakar, lapikkan dgn kertas minyak.. dan tuang adunan td ke atasnya
  10. Make sure masa bentukkan adunan tu, jgn buat terlalu tebal atau terlalu nipis.. kalau boleh keliling dia lebih tinggi dr tengah.
  11. Pastu masukkan ke dlm oven.. letak kat rak tengah2.. suhu antara 120 - 100 darjah celsius.. bakar selama 1 jam 15 minit bergantung pd jenis oven
  12. Bila dah cukup 1 jam 15 minit, jangan keluarkan pavlova tu dr oven.. biar jap sejuk dlm oven tu dgn keadaan pintu oven sedikit renggang bg elakkan pavlova tu merekah.
  13. Topping : Putar whipping cream dgn kelajuan tinggi.. putar sampai kental..
  14. toppingkan krim di atas pavlova dan hiaslah dgn buah2an mengikut kreativiti anda..

Masak lemak cili padi ikan kering plus nenas

My grandma always says that the key to a man's heart is good food..hahaa..n the way u treat him..obviously..
Last raya..we went to perak..n visited some relatives in manjung..we passed through pantai remis..byk btol ikan kering gantung2...wlaupun.br raya ke 2.. I cant resist but to buy 1..
So today.. I decided to cook for hubby..well..he seems satisfied..hahaa..

Its a simple recipe jer..masuk2 je semua..

Blend cili padi..cili hijau.lengkuas skit je..kunyit..bwg merah n bwg putih..with somm belacan sbb udg kering dah hbs.. I also added some nenas. .
Pastu tumis je sampai naik minyak...n add santan..sampai dah masak..masuk ikan kering n asam gelugor..
Masuk grm lps ikan dah masak sbb tkt masin sgt..huhuuu..

Sudah siapla makanan tengahari kami...ngeee
